Steven Shook is running to be the Democratic nominee for Texas's 26th district in the U.S. House of Representatives with a strong commitment to restoring the balance back to democracy in the United States Congress.
Steven has been providing care to the critically ill and injured since 2009. He holds degrees from Tarrant County College, Texas Tech University (graduating Summa Cum Laude), and the University of Texas at Arlington. Born and raised in Fort Worth, Steven is proud to come from a family of dedicated healthcare providers and small business owners. His passion for excellent healthcare in the DFW metroplex fuels his Texas congressional campaign as he seeks to restore our nation's democracy to health.
As a future U.S. Representative for district 26, Steven plans to create jobs, protect Social Security and Medicare benefits, ensure healthcare is affordable and accessible for everyone, support local businesses, defend educational opportunities for all children, address systemic inequity in our society, improve local infrastructure, and amplify the voices of those who feel unheard in our democracy.
